Microsoft launched its Xbox 360 which was an advanced version than its predecessor, the Xbox. It has improved graphics, game play, internet features, achievement points etc.
In a hurry to launch it a year before its competitors to capture a bigger share of the market which they even succeeded in doing but it came with a price to pay, the new Xbox 360 has many technical problem due to which Microsoft had to establish a Xbox 360 repair service centre.
Some of the most common problem is the "Ring of Death" i.e. 3 red light flashing around the power button indicating some technical fault. Other problem includes system overheating since to make it look sleek all the components are placed tightly inside which makes it difficult to dissipate the heat and lead to system overheating.
